The Challenge

Clients describe their issues ambiguously via phone calls or disparate messaging apps, making accurate preliminary estimation virtually impossible. This friction leads to wasted site visits, inaccurate quotes, and lost conversion opportunities.
The client required a unified digital front door: a system that could intelligently capture structured project details—including mandatory photo or video evidence—and seamlessly route this enriched data into a dedicated management backend.

We architected the Handyman CRM as a bespoke, end-to-end platform built on Laravel 12. Instead of bolting off-the-shelf tools together, we engineered a unified architecture where the customer-facing lead capture form flows directly into a powerful Filament v3 administration panel.
- Rich Media Pipelines: Engineered secure, scalable handling of user-uploaded diagnostic media (photos/videos), attaching them directly to the structured lead profile.
- TALL Stack Reactivity: Utilized Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js, and Livewire to construct a lightning-fast, highly interactive client interface without the overhead of a heavy JavaScript SPA framework.
- Asynchronous Processing: Implemented robust Laravel Queues for background task execution, paving the way for automated AI-driven quote generation and intelligent scheduling notifications.
